Good location , Staff is less Hospitable !!

The hotel is well located we checked in the day where there were heavy rains.

At check in the personal at the front desk did not seem to be warm and welcoming . There was a lady i guess she was the manager , she sounded a bit absurd .

She came up to me and said "We have issues with power and water at the hotel so its upto you if you want to stay at the hotel ".
While i understand her concern that we may complaint post check in but the way that it was put across was a not professional .
It was raining very heavily out side and hence we stayed here , so technically we had no option as well . We checked in and did not face any issues with the light or water.

However there was so much noise coming from some AC vent all night , we informed this to a lady on the floor while we stepped down for dinner she said ill check but when came back nothing was done . We tried to sleep anyway but the noise was very heavy , it could be an AC vent or even the elevators . This noise only went down by 3 am post which I slept .

Just a suggestion the hotel charges a decent price even considering its a budget hotel , so a little bit of a hospitality should not be a trouble. We had come after like a 1 hour drive in the traffic as we were stuck and we came up at the desk and we get you may decide weather you want to check in or no .

Whether you are here for business or pleasure you will love your stay here!! The smiles and warm hearts will welcome you and make you feel at home! Highly recommended!! I am traveling internationally and they have made us feel at peace and safe. You will not be disappointed by selecting this hotel. It is also very near to the airport which is very helpful!!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The quality of service is impeccable. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Complimentary pick up from airport and to my business venue was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this place to women travelling alone.

We just stayed at the Ibis Mumbai Airport as we had a connecting flight to Goa and the location/proximity to the domestic airport was perfect. The entire team at Ibis are great and very very helpful. The rooms are clean with hair dryer, toiletries, water. Its a budget hotel but still keeps the customer satisfied. The buffet breakfast has a good selection and the team every ready to help you. A big thank you to the entire team for taking care of all our needs. Thank you for the complimentary drop to the domestic airport. You guys sure go that extra mile. Hope to be back soon. cheers

Not worth the price!

Good - housekeeping staff, breakfast buffet. that's it!
Bad - except the above, almost everything is bad from small rooms to mediocre reception staff, no tables in the room to have your food, room service food in cheap plastic containers, not even a tissue box in the room / washroom. Toiletries, you have to ask for!
- Also, I found hair in the food I ordered, was too tired to even complain about it, anyways, I am not staying here again.
