Good location and friendly staff
GaryL0505on 14/08/2017 10:02Location is good and easily reach to bus stops to main train station. Also, just within 10 minutes walk, you can teach old castle and grant St. Leodegar Church. Staff was very helpful and offered us a coupon to ride bus free in city. Unfortunately, my family size room was a bit smelly ( maybe during rainy season) and one window was opened widely after cleaning.

693mariaelisacon 09/08/2017 06:01Cozy hotel, loved the breakfast and free tea and coffee in the rooms. Room Design is very modern and comfy. Very Clean and accessible to restaurants. Quiet and offers free room wifi and there is available universal power adapter.
Not the Nicest
heidi son 07/08/2017 20:52As part of a tour group, we were booked a double room in the hotel, while my mother had a single room. Both rooms were tiny, with bathroom accommodations (compared to other hotels on our stay), very tiny as well. Most European hotel rooms are smaller than what folks are used to in the states, but this was much more so - perhaps the unappealing street and no front area to the hotel, made the room size that much more bothersome. The room itself was just not appealing, with nowhere to sit and the bathroom was a bit dirty (someone should be cleaning the hair dryers). The hotel did offer a breakfast buffet which was okay. Older guests should be aware the single rooms have walk in showers; however, the double rooms have a bath tub which requires you to step in (and could be troublesome for older people as the sides were quite high). The hotel is located on a side street - not on the water as depicted on the front photo. About a mile from the train station, close to the Lion Monument, about 2 blocks from the waterfront - a bit detached from the shopping area. There is a Coop (grocery) across from the hotel.
Good hotel in Luzern
kumarikajon 01/08/2017 17:00A comfortable hotel in Luzern with a good location. The hotel is about 1 km away from the main train station and bus stop. It has to be mentioned that this hotel is not facing the lake as shown in the profile pic but near the lake which is about 5 minutes walk. From the main bus stop the bus no.1 to "Maihof" goes towards Ibis styles and has to get off at "Lowenplatz". The lion monument is very close by and the old city is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a good Indian restaurant nearby and a coop shop as well.
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The washroom is also very small but clean and nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was good while free tea and coffee is available in the hotel lobby at anytime of the day. Free WiFi is available and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
A comfortable hotel which can be recommended as a good place to stay in Luzern.
Very Good Location - Average Hotel
Br Son 01/08/2017 16:44The hotel is located in a very central spot reasonably close to the main train station and the the lake. There are plenty of restaurants and Bistros in the immediate vacinity. The hotel has a quite small reception area and the room was also on the smallish side with the basic facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory and provided the typical choice of food. Staff were pleasant. Location is the key.
