To avoid!

First I didn't want to be too harsh with this hotel. But I'm gonna, cause they almost ruined my vacations in Rome. It's actually an old apartment transformed to a "B&B hotel", everything in the room feels as cheap as it looks. The guys who did the job were complete amateurs. The bathroom in our room was really, but really terrible. No comfort and no hygiene. Besides, it's not really a B&B, cause the breakfast is served in a small cafe across the street and you will got only a croissant and a coffee. I mean this kind of place should be closed down. Trust me, you are never so short of money to pay a little extra and not to have to stay in this cheap so-called hotel.

Do not stay here, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I booked this hotel to stay over New Years Eve. I put the reservation on my credit card until we arrived. We arrived at the hotel and no one answered the door to let us up. We waited for two hours, called the front desk and no one answered. We tried to cancel our reservation and they did not comply with our request. A week after I arrived home, the hotel periodically charged my credit card random amounts for every night of the stay. I have been in a fraud battle with my bank ever since.

so and so

Rooms defenetely clean and comfortable; the B&B is in a really good located position (nearby the station and the centre), but...... payment receipt is a plus..... :-(
ps: the continental breakfast seemed to me just a chinese fast breakfast.....

Just because it's near the city centre

We booked a twin bed with private bathroom, they gave us a double room with shared bathroom. No hot water service at all. The continental breakfast is a simple cappuccino and a sweet in a chinese bar next to the B&B. No credit card accepted. However the rooms are very clean (thank goodness) and the B&B is very well located. I suppose you get what you paid for, the prices are very cheap and now I know the reason why

Not nice

Firstly this hotel is NOT bed and breakfast you get a cup of coffee and a croissant from the cafe over the road. We had to wait 20 min for the owner to arrive after ringing him to say we were waiting. The rooms were clean but very old and dated. noisy from other rooms in the block using the bathroom as not all rooms were ensuite. however a good base to stay in Rome.. And the bed was comfy
