maupinjaon 14/07/2017 14:47I booked thru Expedia. When I arrived the place was a dump. Green moss in the pool and waist high weeds in the parking lot and walk. Junk car with weeds in the parking lot. Asked clerk for refund he refused said I would have to solve with Expedia. No solutions with Expedia so I had to resolve with amexpress what a hassle. Ps I would also avoid Expedia in the future.

adamI534QBon 12/05/2017 22:58Made a non-refundable booking via an agency for a non-smoking room. The wife and I showed up, we were offered a room which was reeking of smoke. They showed another two rooms, one was very smokey too, the other was freshly painted with a strong smell. None of them was acceptable for a pregnant woman that the employee didn't deny. We were sent to the supervisor on the next morning. He further passed the issue to the Owner who could only be contacted days later on phone. He refused paying back the price of the room that we didn't even use, just gave back the keys and spent the night somewhere else.

Tammy Son 17/03/2017 20:05Rooms are shabby, and the door didn't have a lock other than the one used from the outside. We slid a rickety table in front of the door at night and others must have done the same thing since the legs were about to collapse. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. The breakfast buffet consisted of bagels with a tub of cream cheese and frozen waffles. Our family went next door to McDonalds each morning. We booked through another company and our reservation was non-refundable. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and there weren't any bugs.

CatlanLon 31/10/2016 03:50Needs a good cleaning. Holes in the sheets. Mold in the shower. Linens were stained and dirty. Dirty sock next to the front door. Knee high weeds. Lobby smells of cigarettes. Parking next to an abandoned tattoo parlor. Continental breakfast means donuts. A cheap hotel and overpriced!

Maureen Con 30/10/2016 17:50All previous reviews are totally accurate! we had 3 nights booked for last week. Clerk just started & confused so said wait to pay until manager showed up. Not many rooms available as some are now long-term rentals & others being worked on, so he said. Went back to room & 1st thing a horrible odor & overall neglect with leaking toilet , etc. Got things & returned key as manager showed up. Told him how appalling it was & he said owner wants to sell as is, so letting property go! We have stayed on & off for 15 years with other owners keeping it immaculate with lovely grounds - made us sick to see it now. It should be closed as a motel!
