NEWLY REMODELED MOTEL AND FUN AT IB
Aceswithkickeron 24/07/2017 01:22We stayed in a cabin, which was nice. We were able to grill and there is a picnic table and you can just hang out. My brother's family stayed in the newly remodeled motel, which is beautiful! The new owners are really trying to improve the place. Property is safe and clean and walking distance to all of the attractions. If you are undecided, take a chance and visit! Nice and relaxing near Lake Shafer.
Horrible customer service
Brenda Eon 07/07/2017 06:41Check in time is 4pm yet cabin was not ready until 6 pm. Cabin was disgusting - found a dried booger on the pillow case and the floor was filthy. Tried to call front desk 14 times no answer. There were 6 of us and only 5 towels. Husband ended up walking up to the housekeeping and asked Terri for additional towels and received an eye roll and was told she would see what she could do. Facecloths are not provided, at least we didn't receive any. The pool there needs some maintenance and the filter never ran. There were dirty band aid wrappers floating and since the filter wasn't running the water wasn't circulated and was slimy. Ended up leaving a day early. Very disappointing as this was a birthday trip for my 4 year old
Great Place for Family Fun and newly remodeled suites and motel
Gregg Bon 04/07/2017 06:28We stayed in the Skyroom suites at Indiana Beach two weeks ago and had a fun time. The suite we had was a two bedroom suite that sleeps 4 very comfortably. It was just remodeled prior to this season and the bathroom is very nice. The check in process was really easy. The view from my room over looked the water park. It is a great location.Kids loved it because the arcade was right downstairs and open 24 hours, they felt like they were owners of the park. We all loved going on all the rides. They have rides for the whole family! Both parts of the park were so fun.

Brendairenemorrison 01/07/2017 17:33The lodging is adorable and comfortable. I stayed at the Beach Club last week and also at the Vintage Cottage in May. It was awesome to be next to the pools and the lakefront and just a few steps away from the water park and amusement park - Indiana Beach Boardwalk Resort. Highly recommend coming here to stay and play! I will be back!
Fun for the family

We had so much fun we can't wait to go back.
