Hannah Won 19/05/2015 09:17This was pur second stay in this hotel and we were not disappointed. The rooms are big and comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The location is great. Everything is in walking distance. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They really cannot do enough to help you. They were always friendly and had loads of great advice. We would definitely stay again.
Very helpful
Nina Mon 10/05/2015 10:06The hotel was located in a really great spot close to everything and was very quiet, which is nice. The breakfast was okay not wonderful, but I didnt find any breakfast in Vietnam extremely good anyways other than eating out of the hotels.
The thing that was the best is that the staff and a woman named Anna was extremely helpful. We lost our tickets for the train to Sapa and they helped us, and helped getting tickets purchased and everything.
That being said, we spent a lot of money with them as well, so you can take that as you like...
We bought train tickets through them to sapa, which worked well, and a trip to Halong Bay. This was extremely expensive 300 dollars one night for two, i know you can go a lot cheaper but we thought we would get a bit more extra for this...we did not was not worth the money at all. I would never suggest anyone to go to Halong Bay, its the definition of tourist trap.
Nice hotel
Kel Gon 05/02/2015 14:55I really liked this hotel as its great services with a wonderful location cos it's located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. I just have to spent 5' to go to the Hoan Kiem lake. I would love to recommend it.
unforgettable trip - best hotel with excellent staff
kfvczaon 24/11/2014 09:20I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for three nights in November.
It was my first time in Vietnam and I visited museums in Ha Noi to understand the country. The hotel is situated in Old Town, within walking distance to museums. It is just two minutes walk to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and another five minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, so that it is convenient for tourists to eat and shop around.
The room is large enough, quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff is very kind and friendly, and the receptionist’s smile always healed me tired from walking around all day. It made me feel at home.
My stay in Ha Noi is unforgettable because of the hotel. I will choose it again when I am back.
