Amazing Staff and Customer Service
Prathamson 24/08/2017 19:51A beautiful place to stay, the staff humbled us with their hospitality. Special mention to Neetu and Imti who ensured our stay is pleasant and safe. My son felt feverish due to weather change, and we requested for specific medicine which was not there in their first aid kit. They ensured that they buy that medicine from near medical store, and did not even charge it to us. Breakfast was good and delicious. I loved having coffee out side, in the balcony of restaurant while enjoying the view. Swimming pool is good and water is clean.

Aziz Aon 24/08/2017 04:19Good place but need enhancements in food specially in breakfast. Also electricity disconnects from time to time. But the resort has very wonderful view and quite but little far away from the town. Employees very kind
Peaceful getaway
Hari Kon 20/08/2017 10:44Nestled in the midst of lush green plantation, Birds Valley is a piece of heaven especially for nature lovers. its my second visit over here .The grounds are beautiful filled with flowers, trees and spices which is perfect for the location. The rooms are part of bungalows spread in the garden. Lots of birds around!
The common area are well maintained.
The pool is great and the room was spacious.The dinner was awesome with good quality.The food was great - with a large varieties of dishes.
The staff were fabulous - super friendly and organised our activities for two days which were excellent. Their driver was our project manager and organised us to be in the right places at the right time
I would definitely recommend it . Thanks to each and everyone
Pleasant stay
r1234aon 19/08/2017 16:30A very pleasant stay with our all family.it was my fifth visit in in munnar and we chose to stay in birds valley..the stay was great..all the staff were at the top of when is come to hospitality..the room was very clean and with stunning view.I recommend this resort for everyone and I will be back for sure.thanks to all the staff's especially chandhu,imti,Divya and ajith.a very special thanks to Mr.Anil Kumar for the yes I can attitude.you guys are amazing...
Rooms refused inspite of confirmed booking thru booking.com
Jyothikumar Con 14/08/2017 14:14We are a torrid experience today at Birds Valley Resort Munnar, today 14th August 2017. We had a confirmed booking for 2 rooms thru booking.com today. We were taken aback when they point blank refused to allot the rooms informing us that they do not have our booking. This was after us travelling more than 5 hours from Kochi. Our holiday was ruined as we had to settle for another compromised accomadation. The bookings were in the name of my brother. Please keep this in mind when you do a booking here. Suggest that you do not make plans to stay at this hotel. Regards. Jyothikumar Chandran
