I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in August 2017 with my Husband as a surprise for his 30th Birthday. The hotel's location was excellent being only a few minutes from the Vatican City and the hotel was very modern, clean and rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of choices and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

room was modern, compact in size, the frount desk employees were extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast wasnt that great, so I would opt out of that option if you want to save money. bed was comfy, sheets smelled clean, room was clean, everything worked appropriately. Its not central if youre looking to get to the city center of rome where many of the major landmarks are BUT you are only a 5min walk from the Vatican which is a HUGE PLUS :) the hotel is roughly a 10-15min drive without traffic to Termini Station. Cost is roughly around $12-13 euros..unless youre in traffic then expect to pay high fares. You do have the option to take the bus or metro to get to city center (just beware of pick pocketers). We did the hop on hop off bus which was enough for us. Lots of good places to eat around this location within walking distance! I would recommend staying here, value was good and stay was pleasant.

What was bad:
- walls were dirty and scratched all over
- there was hardly warm water in the tap/shower in the mornings (problems with boiler I suppose)
- window was partly broken (only one of two halves could be completely locked)
- breakfast was rather poor (bread and cakes were of low quality, coffee machine made bad drinks)
- cleaning was so loud and early, that it served as alarm for us
What was good:
- staff tried to make our stay better by providing a free transfer to the airport
I could recommend this hotel only after it is repaired and some of its policies (cleaning times, breakfast quality) are revised. But a big plus to personnel.

Great location. Plenty of little bars an restaurant's dotted about. Hotel needs up dated very tired. Bed was comfortable an clean sheets. Breakfast is cold buffet. But overall enjoyed our break.somthing to do everyday.

Fabulous location, staff lovely, breakfast good too.
Hotel really needs a lick of paint, especially in the bedrooms. But sheets clean, bathroom spotless.
Only thing to say is there seemed to be bed bugs in my bed. My husband wasn't affected but I was quite badly.
Other than that, fantastic value for money.
