Charming Place to Stay
jviola1949on 05/06/2017 22:57This inn is located close to the Spanish Steps, cafes, and stores. The gentlemen working there were very polite and helpful to us when we needed assistance getting around and scheduling tours for us, called taxis for us too. The Inn is very safe and always locked, rooms are cleaned everyday and ready for you. You get coffee, hairdryer and if you need they will supply you with an iron. Thank you all for making us feel welcome and safe.
Perfect location to see all the major sights!
WPBAdaon 02/06/2017 10:02Great location near Spanish Steps. We walked absolutely everywhere from here. Safe, clean. Staff is incredibly friendly as helpful. No elevator though, but we didn't mind. Just not great for someone with difficulty with stairs. Otherwise, perfect sightseeing launching pad!
Great Location, good nights sleep, excellent service
Peter Fon 20/05/2017 18:02As a couple, we look for good location for our daytime exploring, a safe location to return to at night, a comfortable night's sleep and a nice hot shower in the morning. Inn Spagna Charming House delivered on all counts in room 204.
The hotel is in the shopping district so it is convenient during the day and quiet at night. It is conveniently located and we walked to all sites including the Vatican, Colosseum, Campo di Fiori, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.
I needed a taxi from the port to the Hotel at the last minute and they responded to emails organizing this efficiently. They car to the airport from the hotel is half an hour at 6:00am.
Not a great deal of space in the room but sufficient for us for the three nights that we stayed. Cant say enough about the staff. They helped us with everything and made us feel at home. This is not a barrier free hotel and you must use steps but this was not a problem for us and they helped us with our luggage which was the main requirement.
They could update the coffee setup in the room and renew the hangers which were not in the best shape. Otherwise a great stay!
Would use Inn Spagna again!

Our only issue is to find it on Arrival, no any sign so we need to walk to find it and ask Italian people to help us. The rooms are nice big Tv nice jacuzzi nice shower , little bit noise out side because the hotel on main road , hotel is nice .

The hotel arranged for our transportation from the airport - which was welcomed after an overnight flight and serious jet lag. The hotel is in an excellent location, is very well appointed, and is - as the same says - quite charming. Every one of the staff was helpful. During our first encounter, they got us settled, suggested sites and activities, and - most importantly - pointed in the direction of some excellent restaurants.
