Complete with bad experience

1.While check/in. I am wait my room for more than 2 hours,to get ready *i had work in 5 stars hotel, i know how should it works*
2.After i realize the Standard Room is using a fan i am decided to upgrade the room to Deluxe which using the AirCon by settlement an additional charge. But when we got the room, Surprisingly the AirCon is not working so i paid for NOTHING! *even a fan i didn't get it . And i am wait until night to get those confirmation .
3.The odor of toilet, but not too inconvenience me ..i can close the door
4.When we try to get relax with drink some tea, the water heater also leak .. Perfectly !

But in the other side, The Manager and the entire staff have a good respect and so politely .. Thank you

old hotel with a good service

the location of this property is good with a view of mount arjuna hill..the building is very old and need a renovation in some part of the room..breakfast is good, but the most important is the hotel had very good service from their staff for guest.

view, food and hospitality were superb. room was old, stain in bathtub for both room 37 and 38.
old furnitures. dont be surprised, you will be accompanied with an unwanted room partner, it made noise when you closed the cupboard. we had to rush to next door room seeking for help. the bellboy was very helpful, after sharing the bad paranormal experience, he helped us to shift our bags to another room on that nite itself.

Old, dated, jaded

Really old hotel. Everything about it is old and dated. The furnitures, the bed. The tv. The cupboard was faulty. The shower head was dirty. One of the toilet lights wasn't working. The only saving grace were the attentive staff (probably because there weren't many guests). Big swimming pool. The garden was better taken care of than the room.

View was awesome ,hotel was too old

i stayed here with my family but unsatisfied about the building and staff, they need to check the room.before the guest come inside the room, leaking everywhere, building to old,many bugs, bed was dirty and unconfortable, many problem in this hotel,but covered by mountain view..this hotel operated by inna, i hope inna will take aware about this property
