Wonderful bread!
porkypeccaryon 30/08/2017 12:26Having read the reviews, we were expecting a pretty high standard at Dresden Innside and we weren't disappointed. This is a classy hotel, sparklingly clean with a very helpful, pleasant staff. Given its perfect central location it came at what we thought was not an unreasonable price. We indulged ourselves by booking a suite which was roomy, exceptionally quiet with a very comfortable bed the size of a small tennis court. We were there in beautiful very warm weather so the efficient air-conditioning was appreciated during the day but it was also good to be able to open the windows and enjoy the real air at night. The view from the window was not quite as picturesque as implied in the hotel room description as it overlooked waste ground with some fly tipping but we could at least see some spires. The buffet breakfast, while not cheap, was magnificent and catered for every taste but the particular highlight for us as Brits long starved of decent bread was the wonderful range of bread and rolls. We loved being in Dresden, can’t wait to go back and we won’t hesitate to book a room at Innside.
Perfect location, nice hotel
Calum_MacLon 29/08/2017 22:22This was our second visit in recent years to Dresden and the Innside. It maintains the same standard, great location, clean, minimalistic and good service.
The only downside is tight parking and an expensive breakfast, but we would stay there again for the quality and convenience.
Great place to stay in Dresden
Jana Jon 29/08/2017 14:12All was just perfect! The hotel is situated in the very centre with its own garage. Dogs are welcome. The staff was very helpful, rooms perfectly clean. 100 MB free WiFi was sufficient for the weekend for occassional internet browsing.
Relax and enjouy
marcelk342on 21/08/2017 09:52room door cannot be secured. Service can come inside the room without warning. Perfect and quiet location. Friendly service. Hotel garage parking fee for guests a little over the top. A pity for Dresden that still many places construction work has to be done.
Good and well located
Londoner16on 21/08/2017 07:18This is a great hotel - modern, comfortable and right in the historic old city, a few minutes' walk to all the major sights. There is a good breakfast included, and there's an underground car park costing 20 euros a day. There is a lovely bar area in an open air atrium. The only reason I can't give it five stars was that, despite their receipt saying "taxes included" when I booked and paid for the hotel in advance, they slapped on as an extra a "new" city tax if 3 euros over person per night - this left a bad taste.
