I love the stay at this hotel. The only tip for hotel management: staff's trainings. Would be more convenient to give clear details about parking location, location of right elevator at the parking at -2.
Room service staff should not come into the room right after the knocking and better to inform about the unplanned visit by phone.

Amazing Centrally Located Hotel

Innside is a great option to be centrally located in the city. Right the hotel is undergoing construction. But it did not bother us in any way. I was very happy with the service and the location of the hotel.

Bad choice for that price

There are certainly better hotel to choose in that price in Frankfurt. It is a 4* Hotel not a 5*
Nice Views and quite good location
Room is nice but uncomfortable. There are 2 bathrooms in the room one was smelling as there was no window or ventilation. Very small reception and public spaces. NO safe !!!

Nice location and great view

The room was clean and looked similar to the image. The hotel has a great bar. What I loved the most was the view from the room. My room was on the 18th floor. I can definitely recommend this hotel after staying there.
