Spa retreat for detox
Charlotte Mon 01/11/2016 23:12This is a great place to go if you want to do the detox programme. This is a course of either juice or low calorie meals. The spa itself is very clean, the staff are excellent and the program is well run and excellent value. All the treatments were very good and good value for money. There is a drawback the accommodation is in the rooms above the Spa which are now very outdated. Although they are clean and each has a balcony they need to be renovated which the Spa assures me they will do in the next year. If they do I will definitely go back. Still feeling great after my stay
The whole package
HN01on 31/10/2016 18:01I have recently done their 5 day detox. It was AMAZING and three weeks later I still feel great. The staff are wonderful and so are the treatments. The down side is the accommodation. Spotlessly clean but hasn't been updated since the 50's so rather tired.
Good after we sorted breakfast arrangements!
Roger1938on 23/09/2016 18:34When we arrived the Receptionist worked to the script , dog - extra fee, breakfast - free in dining room, wifi in room - extra fee, parking - extra fee. All of which was known but we didn't expect to pay up front. Why not just show it on the bill?
Room was spacious, 4th floor, with balcony overlooking bay with tv, aircon.
All went well until we went for breakfast.Didn't expect the dog would be allowed in the restaurant, but were told to leave him in the room while we ate. The hotel would not bee responsible for disturbance or damage if dog left alone. This is a hotel that invites you to bring your dog!
No, could not take breakfast from restaurant to room.Hotel rules!
Finally, Breakfast Manager agreed I could take a tray with 2 breakfasts to the room.
God bless sensible Breakfast managers!Breakfast o the balcony excellent.
TERRIBLE
Leanne Ron 11/09/2016 21:32We arrived on a Saturday night and was met with an uninformative concierge who gave no information of the hotel or its facilities and simply took our money. We had to pay an extra €25 for wifi for the week and the wifi barely worked in the apartment. When we made our way to our room we were presented with a room that looked NOTHING like the room that is advertised by management, there was no air con, the room was extremely dated, mouldy tiles, there was no air, the bedroom window opened up to the walkway so it would not be suitable to open at night. The furniture was completely different to the photos and we felt very uncomfortable in the apartment. We therefore had to leave this hotel and book another at 2am. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break and you certainly wouldn't be getting any value for your money or sleep in the temperature of the room without any air conditioning
Good holiday very good services.
natravelovon 12/08/2016 13:17This hotel is part of guitart hotel there are three lodging facilities and Institut is one of them. We were family with two children had an all inclusive holiday there. Weather was very good accommodation was self catering but as we had all inclusive we never used cooker microwave oven or other stuff. It was like a one bedroom flat with sea view through the balcony. As per other reviews there are stairs to go down to restaurant but we didn't mind as it is very good work out. It is quiet central to the bus station and beaches. We done tours to Barcelona, local open roof bus, boat tour to tossa and marineland tour. Public transport is very well organised and staff there are very helpful. Llioret de mar is good holiday destination. All staff are very pleasant and served with a smile ☺. Not a five 🌟 but good value for money.
