Nice food but bad bedroom
Pippo02Matteoon 17/12/2016 17:30One point for the food, good, One for the nice staff and One for the low price. But the room was really too cold, small and intermet a bit slow, so no more points. I don't recommend this hotel in winter but it is a good option in other seasons if u don't want to spend money just for sleeping.
Terrible

Almost 10 euro for breakfast can be OK, but once arrived in the diner place at 9:35 (there was breakfast till 10 am) they start removing all food....no cheese, no bread, no croisants, no juice, no eggs.... nothing left on the buffet... even we still sat there..... IBIS and F1 is just 300 meter away. You are warned.

aleksandras918on 22/07/2016 09:40It was just a short stay for one night in the middle of our way. The room was clean, well equiped (facilities: hair-dryer in the bathroom, TV in the room), silent. The breakfast was continental, a lot of different choices. Generally - I can recommend.
Well worth avoiding
t_g186274on 26/04/2016 16:06Dreadful hotel, cramped, smelly rooms, horrible decoration, broken fittings, inconvenient location, to avoid at all costs. Shame, Nancy's a nice and interesting city well worth visiting, but not if you stay here!
An Unpleasant Experience
Margaret Mon 10/10/2014 23:34We stayed here for one night on our return journey from Austria. We were on a coach holiday and this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The Coach company have been made fully aware of the problems and through other people registering their complaints. We were less than impressed when we arrived and saw it from the outside. We went to our room through a dark dinghy corridor. Not dark enough to disguise the chipped and dirty paintwork around doors and walls. The room was tiny with an even tinier bathroom which was a danger area. Trying to get into the shower was difficult due to the height of the shower tray, once in, it was almost impossible to get out. I had to call my husband to help me to get out safely. How a person on their own would manage I have no idea.
We went for our evening meal. This whole event was a farce. Everybody had been served apart from my husband and I and three other people. Two waiters were waiting on, in our dining room and the restaurant. I went and got bread rolls myself for our table of four. The meal was Pork fillet with Mashed potato. Ours had been forgotten it was obvious, because as everyone else was served, we still waited. When the meals arrived they were STONE COLD.The whole thing took two hours and the food was rubbish. We went out to the very small bar area and ordered drinks. There was a strong smell of urine in the area of our table. We decided to move tables and rearranged the grubby chairs. As we'd had quite a long journey that day, we retired early. In the lounge area there were a lot of 'ladies' about. Just down the road there were a few more. Draw your own conclusions, we did. This hotel is grubby and well passed it's sell by date.In fairness there was plenty available at breakfast time but by then, most of the coach party had, had enough and just wanted to be on our way to Reims and on to our last stop over in Calais. Advice - Don't stay here!
