K Steven Hon 05/06/2017 22:19Stayed with a group of nearly 100. Hotel did a fine job. The dinner we had - again, served to the whole group, was good. Breakfast buffet nothing fancy, but had enough of the basics. Rooms on the small side, but were new and well appointed.
Smart Hotel on edge of town
philipwoolleyon 26/05/2017 21:29I have just returned from a cycling holiday in Normandy and we stayed in the Cositel just on the edge of Coutances - about a 15 - 20 minute walk from a fascinating historical centre. The hotel staff were delightful, with a sense of humour and could not have been more helpful - we were lucky to get a room as there was a Jazz festival on - our room was smart, clean, and good WiFi connection - large bathroom/shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was standard French fare - as much as you want of delicious fresh bread, croissants, fruit salad, yoghurts, jams, boiled eggs etc. Machine coffee! So survivable - and we made it to our next destination!
Great place to stay
Ghislaine334on 15/05/2017 18:00We stayed at the Cositel as a group, it's about 15mn walk from the centre of town, has ample parking for cars and a couple of coaches. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. No tea & coffee making facilities but free wifi! Bar is good, food is excellent, very rich and very copious. Breakfast is a buffet and has an excellent choice for all. Hotel happy to cater for special diets.
Would not hesitate to go there again.
Lovely hotel
Charlene_Frateron 28/03/2017 10:57Lovely ambience, clean rooms, friendly staff. A bargain for €40 per night! Staff were also very accommodating - we arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and they stayed up to check us in. Much appreciated after 10 hours of travelling
Near extremely well-kept sporting grounds
Kileseon 06/08/2016 17:51A very friendly staff, adequate rooms (with minimal toiletries), great wifi, on the road to Agon-Coutainville, and near a swimming pool, running track, tennis courts, football field, etc. The room was quiet and fine. Nothing fancy, but totally adequate and very clean.
