What People are saying

Best place

Parking at the hotel was perfect, everything else was at the walking distance, bars restaurants, shops. The room was quite small but tidy, as in the most hotels there was not enough light in the room. Bathroom was very good, but small.

Easy hotel to find!

It's located in the historic area. The rooms are small but just what you'd expect and need for one night. The parking is limited, ask when you make your reservations as it's underground and leads into the small lobby. Otherwise parking is free after 7pm in the square. There are no water boilers for tea or coffee. Our room had a small patio. The elevator is one person only, which helps with luggage. Dinan is one of the quaintness places in France.

Great hotel with fantastic staff

We visited Dinan in December over the Christmas period and decided on this hotel. What a little gem. We were unable to park our car in the hotel car park (roof box on a 4x4 does not fit in an underground car park) but were lucky enough to get a spot in the alleyway next to the hotel. The young lady on reception was an absolute delight. She provided us with a room with a terrace as we had our little whippet with us. The room was excellent good size, wonderful fixture and fittings and nice and warm. We had breakfast the following morning - good choice with nice fresh produce and an excellent cup of coffee. We had never heard of the Inter hotel chain before this, but would certainly look to use them in the future. We had a great stay and the young lady (who was pregnant expecting her first baby in March) was an absolute credit to the company. We have booked to return over next year's new year period - as we loved Dinan and the hotel.

Ideal base

We needed somewhere as a base for visiting Mony St Michel, Dinan, St Malo and the pink granite coast and decided on Combourg, a very pretty village with a chateau reflected in a lake. We stayed for five days and were very pleased wit the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant had a good variety of menus at sensible prices and the food and service was excellent. We will certainly return.

Good Location

We arrived. The housekeeper was covering the front desk. Her English was very limited. Our room was on second floor. It was really small. I could not leave my suitcase open while moving about the room. It was clean and otherwize comfortable. The breakfast was continental. Selection was very limited. Protected parking was available for a fee, but they were sold out the first night even though we had reservations well in advance. The best thing about the place was the location. Most places were an easy walk. I really liked Jerome who worked the desk. Any place I wanted to find, he put me onto the perfect solution. The hotel is pet friendly. First floor rooms have deck for smokers. I would stay in St. Malo instead and take day trips to Dinan and Dinard.
