Two Nights Near Blois
Rex Don 18/04/2017 17:02Very pleasant stay.Great value for money. This hotel is located about 6 kilometres out of Blois. The first impression is deceiving as you enter from an industrial estate. Staff were excellent and rooms adequate.
A surprise.
Teresa Lon 25/12/2015 21:50The hotel is well placed for sightseeing,the room was clean and tidy just what we needed for the night. The breakfast was very good, the staff helpful. The location may not suit everyone but the hotel was very good value.
Good for 1 night business travel
Gone-2-6_continentson 21/10/2015 16:29The room was small with just enough room for the French double (US queen) bed, a desk and chair with room to walk around each. The bath was likewise small with a sliding door shower that required me to slide in sideways to get into. The room was clean but not overly so. Finding the place, even with the GPS, was a chore but at least it was quiet next to the industrial park.
Breakfast was OK but not as good as other places we stayed in the Loire.
I would say that if you are traveling through and need a place to stay, it was a value for money place for a night.
Good surprise
rkiulmon 08/09/2015 09:25The biggest good surprise was the restaurant and the service during our stay. The dinner was excellent and the competent and smiling service too. The menu and wine list was short, but it was compensated by its quality, never imagined by the budget we payed for our stay in this hotel. We hope to find the same personnel and quality at our next stay at this IKAR hotel at Blois sud. The only point to be reviewed in my eyes is the noise insulation of the room we occupied towards main road.
A quiet and restful place to stay.
michaeldG679JSon 11/08/2015 09:43Close to Blois and the Loire and ideal for staying whilst in transit. The Staff were excellent. The Corridors and the Room appeared a little worn with a cracked shower screen in the Bathroom. But good value for money.
