Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking easy. Hotel run down and noisy. An experience hopefully not to be repeated. Bath falling apart, taps loose. Could hear breakfast being laid up late at night. Woken before 7pm by a coach party making a filthy din past our bedroom door and at the bottom of the stairs below our bedroom. Will never stay here again.

Looking for somewhere to spend a night whilst driving back from the South of France, we chose La Closerie. The welcome was friendly & our double room very adequate. It was a hot day so the large swimming pool set in the well manicured grounds provided a welcome oasis. The hotel is 1k of easy walking from the centre of Beaune with its many bars & restaurants. All in all a good stopover so thank you all!

Fabulously friendly hotel
Plain and simple ,great pool ,amazing local wines by the glass by the pool. Don't be put off by its plain exterior it's a homely type of stopover a sort walk away from beaunes centre where there are great places to eat.
No air con but huge fans and windows.
Fresh breakfast produce and lots of hot water

Great pool service, clean. Happy , short walk to centre , great parking
W spent hours by the pool with its bar beds and trees then drinks on the terrace
Not the prettiest but a really fab stopover for families , couples etc

The staff were kind. The rooms were poorly aired. The air conditionning was off even though the weather was hot. Found hairs in the bathtub - my wifes nightmare. Beds were comfortable. Kids liked the pool.
