1 night overstay. The room was very clean and functional, everything working properly and a the room includes a comfortable bed. Breakfast very good.
The hotel did organize very well for our late arrival.

We arrived for a couple of days break to what looked like the Bates Motel from Psycho!
The place was deserted until 3pm and did look pretty run down and unkempt.
However, the staff seemed very happy and very helpful. Although small the rooms were immaculate and lovely and warm for a cold November stay. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Lots of parking.
Overall a two star and a very pleasant stay.

As a result of a vehicle breakdown the RAC found this hotel for my overnight stay.Very nice hotel. Very friendly Husband & Wife couple who run it were more than helpful. The Husband gave me a lift to a Restaurant in Ezy-sur-Eure & even arranged for the Restaurant Manager to give me a lift back to the hotel. One down point was the shower room. Although it was very clean, when I used the shower the water drained into the room, even though I had put 2 towels by the gap under the door to stop it. Very strange! Other than that, I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to that part of France.

Reasonably comfortable, small scale, quiet, away from town centre but near enough to easily reach the restaurants, shops and most importantly the beautiful château of Anet. Breakfast was plain but fully adequate with hot drinks, hot chocolate and fresh croissants. Rooms were fairly basic but clean, modern and in small chalets.

I always come to this place when i pass by the region. i feel like at home: the park is just GIANT, it's so calm, the owners are very cool and helpful and there's a good price vs. Quality. lots of foreigners (golf, horse) english and italian speaking.
And cherry on the cake HOME MADE cuisine during the week (not fridays and saturdays).
