Mark Ton 01/06/2017 08:11I stayed here while I was on a contract at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport.
The rooms were clean (every day)
The breakfast was super
The restaurant served traditional and international meals, all to a very high standard (it's advisable to book a table, as this place fills up very quickly)
The staff at all levels were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them, as one can imagine living there for all this time, we got to know one another very well.
It is advisable to ask for a room towards the side of the building as the hotel is situated on the main road.
Perfect location for airport
Tess2345on 22/05/2017 14:44You can walk easily to airport or train station to the city. No hassle with shuttle buses.
Room clean but few hairs on bathroom floor. Bed comfortable. I turned off air/con but could still hear air through the ceiling vents which was irritating but didn't keep me awake.
Didn't think much to the pizza in the restaurant but no choice in the area as nothing at the airport apart from light snack cafes. I didn't have breakfast as a morning flight.
I would stay again if I needed an airport hotel.
It is not often I rate a hotel like this (five stars). But this time...
mikaelranggardon 13/04/2017 16:57How often have I stayed close to airports world wide? Maany times. It is often awful, not at least close to Frankfurt... But sometimes you get a positive surprise. I had no expectations when I booked this inconspicuous hotel. Wow. The Devil is in the details and here there are no Devils here to find. Clean, fresh, everything in order. A restaurant with a nice environment, good staff and decent food. Definitely value for money. If you go here and expect a luxury hotel, I give it five stars I know, you haven't understood anything. But if you are a hotel professional - I travelled 150 days last year - you will understand exactly what I mean.
Conveniently close to airport
Fiona Mon 31/03/2017 10:31Short easy walk from the airport, clean, quiet and comfortable for the night I stayed. Room had a fridge but no kettle for tea etc. Nice bathroom with good shower. Staff in restaurant were friendly & had a good range on menu.
Exccellent hotel
john461212on 27/03/2017 16:57Very nice hotel, right next to the airport, can highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and efficient, If you arrive early you can leave your bags in reception then go and enjoy Berlin. Get the RB14 or RE7 trains to get to the centre of Berlin, The ticket machines are multi-lingual and easy to use, bring 5 or 10 euro notes to use in them. Best value is an all-day ABC areas card at 7.70 euros. you can use it on train, bus or tram. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and very pleased with it.
