Janna Bon 31/08/2017 08:49Great location, 2 min walk from train station and 15 min walk to alot of the major sites. Room was clean and comfortable, only issue was the pillows which weren't great but we were given extra when we asked. Would recommend staying here for the location alone
Great city hotel
Gyles Gon 30/08/2017 10:43Booked this hotel for my girlfriends 25th and it did not let us down. Arrived early to the hotel and as our room wasn't ready they offered us tea and coffee and also some pastries whilst we wait. They also upgraded us for only 15€. Hotel included travel passes for public transport for the duration our stay which is an added bonus. Rooms were spacious and were stylish and very modern. Being near to the main station in the city you could not here a thing. Hotel situated in a prime location, can walk to Riechstag Museum, Brandenburg Gate and also Potsdamer Platz. All in all a very good hotel. Would highly recommend
Good, reasonably priced hotel
ParqueTropicalon 29/08/2017 17:08The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the main Berlin station and is clean and modern with a good but not excellent buffet breakfast. As part of the room cost you get a travel ticket that allows you to travel free on public transport.
Downsides are that the location is not in the city centre so you do have to walk or use public transport to get to the main attractions. The rooms are soundproof which is great for stopping noise from neighbouring rooms. However we had our window open and even though we were on the 7th floor the nearby construction activity was a problem in the mornings. Having said this you will be lucky to find any hotel in Berlin that is not close to some construction as the whole city is like a building site.
The only really annoying issue was the door closers. They were very tight springs which meant if you didn't hold the door until it was completely shut it banged closed. Needless to say not all guests were considerate so during the night and early morning you have huge bangs followed by what feels like the whole hotel shaking! Frustrating but not enough to put us off visiting again.
Friendly and efficient
PMM1111on 28/08/2017 19:21Friendly staff, nice food and all very efficient. Great location for the train station and a nice walk around this part of Berlin. Staff were very efficient and vet pleasant would recommend and stay here again.

Jrasheron 28/08/2017 16:35Stayed here for one night with friends. Room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very obliging. The early morning check out was great, packed breakfast and coffee on hand.
We had drinks in the bar in the evening and again the staff were lovely. Will certainly stay again.
