Christofer Aon 15/08/2017 23:57Good location, efficient staff at check-in and breakfast. Our room was on the top floor facing the station. Noise isolation is excellent, but therefore there is no air circulation in the room, and the a/c was off.

-location is close to the city
-the hotel gives you a tram/bus card for your stay (so transportaions are free)
-bed/bathroom/cleaniness is good
-I felt safe in the hotel
-presence of a safe in the room
-you are next to a train station, so you can grab a coffee and bretzel for breakfast
one small problem, internet connection at the evening we stayed was slow, but at the morning it was ok (not fast, but ok...)
Clean and quiet
Rolf Aon 20/07/2017 15:49This is a busy hotel directly next to the railroad station and its bus and street car links. It's a quick ride to the core of the city where this summer Documenta is being held. The hotels restaurant serves, for an additional fee, a fine, almost lavish breakfast, too. A bit inconvenient by today's standards, there is no in room WiFi, but there is a business center with WiFi access.
Nice But Noisy & Thieving Cleaners

It is located right next to a train and tram station, see picture which is both good and bad. It gives you great transport access but is noisy later evening and early morning. Unfortunately during our stay, we had some cleaners take some money from our room. Upon reporting this to the hotel desk we where told there was nothing that could be done. Spoiling an otherwise plesent stay.
Good business hotel with drawbacks
bavarianbutterflyon 12/02/2017 23:49I found the room facing away from the train station that I requested and paid 10€ extra for to be quiet and well equipped with everything I needed for a one-night-one day stay. The big BUT being the difficulty I had trying to get into the free wifi. In fact, I never was able to get in and used my own mobile connection. For a business hotel a no go! Otherwise everything from cleanliness to breakfast to a safe large enough for my laptop was fine.
