Leeuw2013on 02/08/2017 22:56What a great hotel! The hotel looks more like palace than a former hospital, what a great atmosphere. Staff is amazing, we felt like home, recognized and more than welcome. Special thanks to Zoë who checked us in. She was really friendly and helpful. As well as her colleagues Savannah and Quintin in the bar. Both gave us good recommendations, were very friendly and made us feel special.
The view from the terrace is stunning, I definitely recommend to have breakfast in the morning or late night cocktail over here.
Rooms are modern and very clean! I definitely will stay here again when I will get back to Marseille.
Amazing hotel
Milan Pon 02/08/2017 16:57The hotel is beautiful. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. This hotel looks and makes me feel like I'm staying in a palace. However, access to the hotel is not as easy. There are very lengthy stairs to reach the hotel.
Gorgeous and friendly

Our junior suite looked straight at the basilica and down on the terrace The suite was lovely, although it had somewhat small closet hanging space and the steam iron needed replacing. Meals on the terrace were delightful, though fresh berries could be added to the breakfast buffet. The staff were efficient and friendly, very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Excellent location and building but some management problems
32Mortenon 28/07/2017 21:46This is a real five star hotel with great location and prestigious building. However, the hotel has some management issues, which spoiled our morning. The staff had difficulties to deliver orders during breakfast. We had to wait over half an hour for an omelette. The first arrived in fifteen minutes, the second lasted too long and was even with wrong ingredients. There was lack of workforce. There has been smoked in some rooms, but they are offered as non-smoking room.
However, the executive room we had, the bed and most parts of the service was excellent or very good.
Breakfast to die for!
kristin30on 27/07/2017 23:03This is a 5 star hotel-what more needs to be said! Excellent service and exceptional rooms. My only issue was that there was no trash can in the bathroom, which I thought was inconvenient and weird. Oh, and a hotel of this caliber should have full size and power hair dryer, not motel 6 quality hair dryer. Pool was beautiful but indoor only.
