Perfect Pre or Post Cruise Hotel

Fantastic hotel ideally located near the Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and Carnival ports in the Port of Miami. Great views from the waterfront rooms, an absolutely fabulous buffet breakfast (pricey unless you get it included with the room) and in walking distance to the Bayside Market. We walked to the market twice from the hotel - beautiful park and pedestrian walkways. Fun shopping in the market place and a galore of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. We stayed here one night prior to the sailing of our cruise and it was the perfect beginning of our vacation. Room was very clean and comfortable. It does appear the rooms need a bit of fresh paint and touch ups but this did not deter from our enjoyment of the hotel. We had a storm blow through the night during our stay and the view of the storm was awesome!

Beautiful hotel near waterfront

Miami Inter continental is located in the downtown. It was our family vacation to Miami beach. I was looking for beach front hotel, however ended up booking this hotel considering the reasonable rate and convenience of location. Our room was comfortably large, with specious bathroom. large wall to wall window with the view of water and cruise ships.

Parking is very limited and rate is too high. However, we didn't rent a car because there is free metromover within a minute walk from the hotel. We bought daily basspass, Miami has good bus network, we even went to beach via bus without spending money for Taxi.

Lots of good restaurant nearby within short walk, so, didn't try expensive restaurant of the hotel.

The rooftop pool is amazing and well maintained. Loved the atmosphere and music. At night, DJ performs in the hotel lobby, after the day at beach nice to relax and enjoy some music.

Only thing I wished for, if they had shuttle for the airport. However, there is taxi stand next to the hotel, so, we didn't have to worry about calling a taxi beforehand for our return flight.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff at check in at the lounge. Nice large room with great shower. The new breakfast in the club lounge is very good with plenty of choice. Check out also friendly and fast. Overall a short but very comfortable stay

When I first arrived Rafael T. Was there to greet us with a big smile, I just felt welcomed, after that I went to the front desk where Cesar D. Helped us get our room, amazing customer service from Cesar. The trip was amazing and smooth!

I must do a lot of business work in downtown! The hotel it's located in Brickel a very POSH neighbor now!
the location it's perfect! The service it's very good and they solve problems very fast! We love it!!!!!!
