Tsvetelina Bon 21/07/2017 12:04We stayed at a vip/deluxe apartment on the top floor. Views from both balconies were beautiful spreading over the whole town, quiet and peaceful. Both bathrooms were modern and fresh. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean, simply and elegantly decorated. Wonderful spa, and great pool area (a bit crowded on weekends). The receptionists were helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff, big thanks to Liubka Maistorska as well as Ventsi for all the help! Iliana Toneva from the marketing department was amazing with helping us make all the bookings we required. Overall we are more than pleased with our stay and service that we've received.

OK Con 14/07/2017 19:25Mu husband and I went there for holiday as we were to attend a weeding. We stayed at this place as most of the attendees to the wedding also stayed here and we were advised by a local that it was a great place to stay. Alot of us checked in at the same time. The receptionist did a great job in putting all into rooms considering they hardly speak english there. The fitness centre and spa was wonderful.No extra price for the fitness. I loved that. Breakfast was a huge buffee spread. NOTHING special about their breakfast. The pools were over crowded. Overall it was a good, fairly cheap hotel with an OK breakfast included for the price. Great location too in Sandanski. ;) Our stay here was pleasant. They need improvements on the english language. ;)

alexia7409on 06/07/2017 21:47The rudest most unfriendly non dnglish speaking receptionists (all four we met )...they even refused to call their manager and the reception didn't have any complaint forms ...unacceptable !they didn't check anything when we have them the card for checkout they just nodded (speechless! )that we could leave and forgot to give back our IDs
Great stay
lgismailon 13/06/2017 22:33It was really great one week vacation. The view from the room was magnificent. Location of the hotel is even more impressive-huge park and places for relax. Service at the breakfast was very supportive and there was a plenty of food. The room was clean and wifi was with very good speed. Mediterranean restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel was worth money. As for the swimming pool, there is need to be opened a little bit earlier (at 7 or at least 7.30 o'clock) and I suggest to implement the rule for obligatory wearing swimming caps (in the evening you could find hair in the pool!!)
