What People are saying

Quite simple

Leonardo Son 20/09/2016 23:22

All the service is being good so far, but still a bit far from the town center, which isn't a problem because we have the metro about 8 minutes walking! Recommend for a simple accommodation and not to expensive.

Friendly & very accomodating esp. Leo

BUGS IN BED!!!

Sandra Kon 21/06/2015 08:26

Place was ok untill I went to bed and bugs were all over in the bed so I have to sleep on the floor because it is not 24/7 reception. Really - for 70 Euro - bad, bad, bad!!! We booked online for total price of 58,50 Euro, and he charged us 68,50 Euro. Also the shower is not working great, watter is leaking somewhere. Verry disapointmant.

Don't listen to the critics

My girlfriend and I stayed at InternoUno for a week. We got the economy double room which is a part of a complex located near Tiburtina station (separate from the main building). It is essentially an apartment or two in a residential building the various rooms of which have been converted in to what the management calls deluxe and economy hotel rooms (I am not saying that the rooms don’t live up to their names, but only trying to point out that I haven’t seen the deluxe room, and as such am in no position to evaluate it). The economy room is exactly as advertised. It is a small room with a bed, a closet, a TV/computer with Wi-Fi, an AC unit, a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, pots, pans, etc.), a small table, a chair and a bathroom with a shower. All in all the room is relatively new and, more importantly very clean. As you might imagine, I find myself wondering what I was thinking worrying about bedbugs and other such comments I read on this site. Mr. Castaglioni (I believe he is the manager), is a very nice man and, more to the point, a professional and I must say that I seriously doubt said unsanitary conditions claims. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, towels changed, etc. As for the noise, we didn’t have any problems sleeping, although the walls are thin and one could, conceivably, be bothered by noisy next door neighbors (as in hotel guests). Outside noise was virtually nonexistent which came as a big surprise given the proximity of the bus, train and metro stations. If you plan on bringing a lot of luggage I do not recommend this room because it is very small. This was not a problem for us since we travel light. My girlfriend and I have traveled to a lot of places (from Chicago to Tokyo) and given our experience I think it is fair to say that this is a nice place to stay if you are traveling light and on a budget and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room (which would be kind of strange given that you would be in Rome).

Great stay overall

We stayed in hostel InternoUno at Piazza Bologna (not deluxe), and were very happy with the facilities. The computer + internet came in very handy, the kitchen facilities was simple but covered all our needs. Rooms were clean and felt very comfortable and secure. The staff were friendly and generous, no problems at all with the service and they were also a great help in returning some items we accidentally left behind. The only minor problem was that the rooms weren't so well isolated for sound, but other than that it was a good stay and a great value for our money. Recommended!
