Intourist has a central location in Krasnodar. Good service, indoor pool, gym, free WiFi. The room was slightly worn, but still in good shape and had nice views over the city. Hairdryer, safe, air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice and had also some local dishes.

Excellent accommodation and food

Lovely quite, clean rooms with air conditioning that works. Free toiletries and bottled water. Food to die for in roof top restaurant. Expect to pay three times the amount for same standard of accommodation and food in Western Europe. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and their language skills were admirable. Can't say more in recommendation - no negatives😀

The worst hotel I have been in many years

Unfriendly staff, very old rooms, decoration of the sixties, wifi did not work well in the room , very poor breakfast, no choice of dishes

Fixtures were broken in the room ...

In total, an absolute disaster

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, avoid it !!!

I cannot complain, the hotel is very good, clean and big. Good for business meeting and receptions. Standard western Europe style. English of staff is weak and someone wants better part of the breakfast.

Krasnodar isn't really on the beaten track. You'll tend to find business people exploring the wilds of the jungle east. The service is a bit perfunctory - and you might find only young nice looking women get help with their cases! Still, bar is fine. Conference facilities are fine. Breakfast? Well the food is a bit rubbish but there is free champagne. Good value, and really the only place to stay.
