GumpyMumon 18/08/2017 09:31I dared to ask this hotel for some rooms for an advanced booking. I was told that they did not sell to travel agencies - I explained I was not an agent, but required some rooms in Nuremburg - the answer I got back was "we cannot offer you any rooms - please accept our decision". Not because there was no availability, but because they would not offer the rooms! I am glad that in this economic climate one business is obviously doing so well that they can turn down genuine business - it is obviously not their charm that people are flocking to their hotel for!!! Based on this dialogue, I would not recommend the hotel or it's staff.

Saana Jon 24/07/2017 09:31I booked this hotel for three nights via Booking.com. Contrary to what it says on the website, there is no wifi in the rooms. Or in theory there is one but so slow that it's useless. Based on guest reviews on Booking.com this has been a problem for years, but it seems that the hotel is still allowed to advertise its "free wifi" on the site. I complained to the staff but they were rude and did not even try to fix the problem.
The Only Hotel left in town

The interior in the hallways and the rooms were terribly ugly.
The staff were helpful and spoke English though.

carolschwabon 14/04/2017 09:17one of the worst hotels i've ever seen. i came after 22:30 and there were no one at reception. if you come after 22:30, you have to get up with your luggage trough stairs!! i was with luggage and a baby troller. i had a terrible time, because you have to enter trough the back door, with 2 staircases.

Placed in very good location not far from very center.
Did not took breakfast option, there are plenty in town.
Wifi is not free at all though.
