A First vacation in years......
msecoxon 04/08/2017 05:42Someone at work recommended Biloxi and after researching Trip Advisor we chose to stay at this casino. We really enjoyed our time there, I wished we had stayed a few more days. There's always something going on and I really enjoyed the friendliness of most.
My only complaint was the check in which was horrific. After a 5 1/2 hour drive from Atlanta we were exhausted. Standing in line for almost an hour was ridiculous. If I hadn't already paid I would of walked out. My reservation was for a king size bed but was given a room (queen). It was on the 17th floor. When I immediately called the front desk and was switched to a rm on the 28th floor which was sensational!!
We still had a wonderful time and would go back again. Hopefully, the check in will be better.

cstone2on 01/08/2017 19:37This is the third summer in a row that I have stayed here with my husband while he was in town for a meeting. The people here are so friendly and nice. They are always very accommodating. If you did not have to leave this place has everything you need while you are there.

aeiouandsometimesyon 29/07/2017 03:50This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Period. It is stifling in the hotel and service is poor. Don't waste your money. I will definitely go to another hotel the next time in Biloxi. There are several other nicer hotels in the srea.
Quick Getaway!

The valet parking and check in was quick. Our room was clean and comfortable. The drinks by the pool are reasonably priced and the pool staff is wonderful. Our only concern was that they blocked off half the pool for an event; I just wish they would notify you of those sorts of things during the booking process, because it made the pool a little congested. However, overall a great stay!
Nice getaway
Britisch220on 27/07/2017 23:13We brought kayaks with us since there is a launch right by the resort but parking situation was difficult. We had a good bit of luggage so we dropped it off at the front with the bellhop then went to park across the street since our kayaks and vehicle wouldn't fit in the parking garage. We had to wait a little over two hours for our luggage to finally arrive at our room. Once we were able to get settled it was great. Room, Bed, and linens were great. Food at the Italian restaurant was okay but not worth the price.. the restaurant at the pool at the best in my opinion. Also, we're not huge gamblers so it would be nice if the pool was opened later along with restaurant/bars outside of the casino area. Overall it was great and we'll be back.
