Clean comfy rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Staying here for a conference and enjoying the free breakfast and the happy hour! The conference room is fine but COLD! Bring pants socks and a sweater! Located near lots of fun places to eat and visit.

I travel around a lot and this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed,cleanliness room, good services, best compliment breakfast and evening. I would like to see more additional location of Embassy Suite in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. For the money this hotel offers the best value. The parking is adequate. You always get a space. The facilities are clean and well kept. We checked in fairly quickly. At the time of our check in there was only one clerk. I feel this busy hotel needs 2 clerks at all times. The rooms are clean although on this trip the bathroom was dusty and not what I expected. The beds are ok. Not the best sleep ever. The space is what makes this hotel great. The rooms have huge flat screen tvs. The pull out bed was comfortable. Our room ran out of toilet paper as it only had one roll and no replacement. We called the front desk and a replacement was delivered within minutes. I feel the room should never run out of toilet paper and house keeping should always monitor this. We also ran out of tissues with no replacement. Also only 2 bath towels provided. Had to call for those as well. These housekeeping issues were a first for us at this property and didn't really affect our stay. The managers reception and breakfast are excellent and run very well. I do feel that the managers reception could offer more than just cheese and crackers and the breakfast should have more fresh fruit. Pineapple and cantaloupe slices are inadequate. Overall I love this hotel and will continue to go back. Highly recommend as s great value.

I have stayed here since April, Meredith & Tom have welcomed me like family. They go above and beyond to make you enjoy your stay. Anything you need they dont hesitate to assist, from filling yor snack tray or anything for your room. Hats off to such an awesome team.

I have been at this hotel for three nights and have had dinner or drinks there every night and Brittani has served me every time and she is always there to make sure I have drinks or anything I need while having dinner or drinks. She is very personable and a pleasure to talk to. When ever I am back in Tampa I will always stay at this location because I know how well I will be served and treated at this location.
