Extreme Unprofessional Behaviour
AnuragKhandelwalon 28/12/2014 13:39The room in the hotel was pre-booked online. The Hotel staff did not give the room in the hotel and instead directed me to a nearby Guest house, which was not i paid for. Reason given was that rooms are full, which can not be acceptable because bookings were made online. Do not recommend any further bookings in the hotel.
Excellent Value For Money
Rohan Gon 09/03/2014 07:13Excellent hotel, located in kalkaji (just 10 mins from the Okhla industrial areas). The appearance of the hotel from outside is not very inviting but once you enter its a complete transformation. Rooms are spacious with a balcony (some balconies smaller than others). Their food menu is not over priced like most hotels and the food served is good.
Staff at the hotel are extremely courteous and friendly. All requests (like asking them to get something from the nearby market) have been taken care of and I haven't heard a "no" from them till date. Also, the GM Mr. Vinod Singh is present at the reception once we get back in the evenings and is always taking feedback to ensure our stay has been comfortable.
Have stayed here a week and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this side of Delhi.
A wonderful experience

The staff was very helpful & courteous, considering the fact that myself & my team would often turn up in the hotel at odd hours. They would always serve us with hot food & a clean bed. What more could one ask for in a hotel??
Nice place and comfortable
vsparadiseon 20/08/2013 15:15its placed at kalkaji near to Nehru palace and the place is good enough as you can get the ricks out the lane .free wifi for your room. washroom was neat and breakfast was ok.The room is priced economically considering DELHI.
Cheaters in Delhi
anandlotiaon 24/01/2013 14:16These people are cheats. I called and book the room for 5 days. The person told me I will get rs 2500 /day. From the website, they say, free complimentary pickup from airport and 25% discount will be given to you. When I went for checkout: Shocked. They charge me for airport Rs770 and no discount as said on the phone. Now they say, these facilities are for who have room rs3000+ which is not written on website. These people are cheat. Do not trust them.
