Everything was amazing!
Jon Son 24/05/2017 15:23My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights in the middle of May. This place is a hidden gem, and cannot be beaten for the price.
- Super friendly staff that was very helpful, gave us a free map in case we needed it
- Updated, Quiet, Clean Rooms with free movies on a 3D TV
- Comfortable beds
- Location is perfect (1 minute from Spanish Steps Plaza)
- Free Breakfast at a restaurant across the street (which was delicious)
- Free "Handy" - a phone that they give you to make local calls in, surf the internet, maps to locations, etc. This was super great being there as a tourist.
- Free Mini Bar (water/coke)
We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Rome! Thank you iRooms and Staff!

Ellise Won 26/04/2017 08:50We managed to miss our flight out so we were going to be arriving later than what was stated as a late check in, a member of staff waited for us to arrive and they were still happy and welcoming when greeting us, they even booked us a transfer from the airport as the trains wouldn't be running at the hour we would be arriving. We stayed in the iRoom, the one with the Spa Bath, it was beautiful, room was spotlessly clean. There was an iPad in the room to use while in the room with notes about breakfast and the WiFi. There is also a 'handy' smartphone for you to use while exploring, which has 3G, which is great, should you ever get lost in Rome (which is very easy to do) it also has offers for the main attractions on.

IrynaLdaon 08/03/2017 17:38Our stay in this hotel was perfect! This guesthouse has a great location and comfortable rooms (at least our IZen room). I was amazed by the huge jacuzzi, which is so good to use after full-day walking. Irooms also give a simple cellphone with Internet access, which is useful, for example, for Google Maps. The staff is so helpful and friendly, especially Nanu! She always helped us and organized our check-in and transfer as well. I think, people, who had problems with check-in, simply had to negotiate about that in advance (booking confirmation says about this). I highly recommend iRooms!

Sue Con 20/01/2017 17:34Best thing about this was the location. We had problem at check in that at 4pm when we arrived after flying from the US west coast (long day) our room wasn't ready. They sent us out to have some wine or dinner and come back later. When we got back we found out the reason the room wasn't ready is 2 men had stayed in it prior and likely smoked 2-3 packs of cigarettes in an 8 hour period and the room smelled so bad. The staff had been vigorously cleaning and trying to air it out and I suspect they would need to paint the walls even to get rid of the stench. They had no other rooms available-- at Spanish Steps or anywhere in Rome at the other locations so we were stuck. My husband and I were going on a cruise two days later and had luggage for 3 weeks including formal wear. We knew if we spent the night in this room all our clean clothes would stink like cigarette smoke. We spent about an hour in the room and finally couldn't take it anymore so I went online and found another nearby hotel that had a room available for twice as much money but we didn't care. We came out of the room and we're about to leave but they were going to charge us one night for having checked in and stayed in the room for an hour. I was furious---$300 per night for 1 hour in a stinky smelly room?! In a non smoking hotel. We got the manager to come and in the end they gave us another room (iCube, our reservation had been for iRoom). Apparently the person who had reserved that room hadn't checked in yet and it was after 8pm so they gave us his room. I didn't feel really good about that but they insisted so we stayed. iCube was a nice room, clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and they only charged us for 1 night, which remedied the situation for us.
The best part was the location--- about 5 minute walk from Spanish Steps and my husband and I walked the city for 2 days and it was great. Lots of little cafes and great upscale shopping in this area. The other great thing is the breakfast--- busy cafe across the street, was included. You could have 3 items-- so a latte or espresso, pastry and/or panini like sandwich of ham and cheese or mozzarella and tomato/basil. They had other items you could purchase, but the former is what was included in your stay. It was great.
The rooms are small but modern, clean and beds are comfortable. We like a firm bed and iCube met our needs. My husband is a Hilton member and didn't like the IRooms as much as I did.
