Always have a great time staying here. Although something was really different this visit from my last visit in January. Employee don't seem happy. And when I won a jackpot the employees who helped seemed like it was coming out of their pocket. I didn't get a picture on the wall just t-shirts. I also noticed machines have changed drastically.... I spend a lot of money there and have 9 times out of 10 walked away with nothing. And I'm ok with that but as I am playing what's left of my favorite machines the winnings were 6 cent 10 cents and so on. I'm playing max bet to win pennies?

We normally stay a max of one to two weeks here 3x or more a year for work. Seems like they only put people on either floor 7 or 8. I enjoy having a smoking room... but last couple of smoking rooms were very smokey and stink. Surely there are products to cover the smell better. Also, they put me in a room and working third shift I wake to breaking glass... come to find out they were doing construction in the room next to me of all the rooms in that hotel you book me a room you know your schedule to do construction the next day. No apologies were given in fact calling down to the front desk they had no idea what was going on. Another time there was a couple having a great time 3 rooms down yelling and screaming... All I could picture was a girl in leather whipping a man. Again nothing was done.

Food choice could be better and way more from the lone wolf since it's pretty much the only option. Buffet is great! Loved the tues prime rib!!! Fine dining upstairs turned more casual and complete menu change was disappointing. At the end of the day, I will be back. I will spend all my hard earned money and of course eat their... I just want to be able to get in the elevator put my head on a pillow and sleep without interruption.

Rooms at this location are oversized and most if not all have a refrigerator in them. Rooms have plenty of outlets that are easily accessible for plugging in electronics. Typically can get in rooms early and often can get a delayed departure. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfy

Usually love this hotel - have stayed here many times - however, we had an issue with our room and could not believe the response we got. Got into our room after midnight. Husband went to sleep - I showered. The shower drain was plugged and during the shower, hair and foam started coming back into the shower base from the drain from previous guests and it got quite deep - would not drain at all. It was very disgusting and from the looks of what came up - it wasnt the first time it had not drained. I got out of the shower and contacted the front desk - I was told they would get someone to take my call and I was put on hold and after more than 10 minutes, I hung up. My husband gets up the next day and starts to take his shower and he has the same experience. When we brushed our teeth, the sink drain did not work either - gross. I called once again to talk with someone and requested they wait until we were finished in the bathroom and 2 women arrived at the room while my husband was getting ready in the bathroom. They came in and looked at it and asked why I hadnt called the night before. They really said nothing - I told them I wanted to be comped for the gross inconvenience we had experienced. Their response was: that is something out of their control and we will not comp you. ( How could that not be in their control? - I told them do NOT rent this room out without having this fixed - it's too unsanitary) They said they would take it to their 'person' and find out if there was anything they could do - still waiting to hear. I knew by the way they blew it off that they had no intentions of ever getting back to me. And just for the record - I have NEVER requested a comp for any hotel room in my lifetime. This was extreme. It's really too bad - they way they handled it. Very disappointed.

15th Anniversary Stay

This was a very nice hotel, we stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary the valet attendant was hard to understand, i think they should have had motel parking i didnt like that i didnt know where are car was during our stay, Our room was nice,The pool water was cold, not sure why hotel have there water in the pool cold we didnt swim only used the hot tub We had a problem and they were very good about moving us to another room right away, I think they discounted our room but they didnt tell us. I mentioned the problem on check out but they didnt offer any other compensation, only said they were sorry, i am sure the attendant was unaware of the problem the night before. i wish they would have been more informative on what they did for us to remedy the problem. after i checked our receipt i noticed that our room was cheaper, still dont know what they did.

Room was nice little tv in the room would expect something a little larger for as much money you spend for the rooms. Also need to have more blankets available for guests. The check out times need posted in room
