So glad our stay was only 1 night. Non-smoking room open the door and it smelled awful just like smoke. Shoes off walking on the tile floor our feet were black on the bottom within a few minutes. TV would not work a small 19" non flat screen. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Haven't had that issue in many years. One bright were the friendly ladies in what they called an office. Almost forgot about the dangerous stairs inside were so small and steep hard to carry luggage up and back stairs while a little better had no lighting at night and were right next to the garbage dumpsters made lots if noise before going back there to scare off any creatures lurking.

When everything else in Windsor was sold out I reluctantly booked here. When I arrived at 11pm a suspicious couple were repeatedly running around outside my door peering into the window of another hotel room. There was a skateboard ramp set up in the parking lot with people using it and a large group of guys just hanging out in the parking lot. Then a party next to my room kept me up until 130am yelling and running past my window.

When I checked in they asked me if I'd be out in the am so they could change the lock on my room. I asked why they would have to change the lock but was told "no reason. They just need to". That's scary!

Our room was really tiny and smelled of something really stale. Fortunately the bed was clean and so were the tile floors. Toilet would run continually unless you played with the handle and the shower had no pressure and was either boiling hot or freezing. The heat unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an engine gearing up and the bed was hard as a brick.

They also charge a refundable $100 security deposit and photocopy your photo ID "for their records".

I totally felt not safe and would rather sleep in my car than sleep here....just not in their parking lot.

Clean but very basic

Clean rooms and very helpful staff. All I needed was a place to rest my head so it was perfect for me and the breakfast next door was reasonable price and good also with very friendly and helpful staff.

This is the most absolutely ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at. Window was falling if hinges in the bathroom. Room was not clean. Had things stolen from my room while I was out. Spend the extra couple bucks and go somewhere else!!!!!

I asked for a quiet room and be sure l wasn't next too people who are somewhat shadey and violent like the last time l stayed there l was woke up by a man and woman screaming at each other and violently bounding on the door to be let in by his mate and vice versa. Police arrived and woman was taken away.
I gave this place another chance and again more violence and Prostitution going on.

Only a couple of staff were nice and the newest manager did not return my phone call regarding the horrible service l received.
