One of the best times
on 29/08/2017 12:40I along with my spouse had a chance to be hosted by itc maurya last weekend. We both were overwhelmed by the unexpected luxury, very friendly and caring hotel staff and unmatchable amenities in terms of suite , spa , pool and the dining options.

Still among the Best Hotels in Delhi
AtulKBon 29/08/2017 08:37Even though many places renovation work is going on in hotel, they have handled it exceptionally well and services don't look compromised because of ongoing work. It is among the best hotels in Delhi and I am sure after completion of work it will surpass other newly opened properties.

standards have gone out the window at this property
ironmanjt2on 26/08/2017 15:41Having stayed many times previously at the ITC Maurya, I had very high expectations for my stay. Previously, my stays have all been wonderful, with friendly staff and great facilities.
This stay could not have been further from that. Despite being a 100+ night platinum SPG member, I was ignored for 15 minutes at check-in, in favour of airline crews who were overwhelming the staff. When they finally did get to me, no acknowledgement by name, no friendliness, simply "here's your key, this person will take you to your room."
When I did get to the room, the AC rattled louder than a jumbo jet and the shower was cracked in multiple places and the sound of rushing water was very loud from other rooms/floors. When I reached out to the front desk staff they looked bothered by the inconvenience, and I was finally given another key in the same indifferent manner. Fortunately, this room was much better.
While the airport transfers that were preordered were both great and friendly drivers, despite pre-order and confirmation 30 minutes before, my return transfer to the airport was also not ready - although it appears those for several other guests were.
Long story short, what used to be a very personalized and warm experience at this property leaves me questioning if I will return next time.
