Perfect location, acceptable rooms, nice pool but with opaque water, worst possible breakfast. All in all not too bad an hotel but with a lot of area of improvement. We have been there in high season at their largest apartment and it was a bit too costly for the overall service.

Don't advertise having air con when it doesn't work..and by the reviews it never did for years!

When we first arrived we were pleasantly suprised having read such awful reviews on here after booking. The rooms were very clean, beds comfy, huge room, big towels etc. The breakfast was great, coffee lovely unlike other reviews had said. That was sadly ruined by having no working air con. Being 25 weeks pregnant in 30 degree heat this was a huge problem. The hotel should not be advertising as having air con when it doesn't. The staff did give us a fan but it was so hot it didn't help so we had to leave after 2 sleepless nights we couldn't take any more. We felt bad for the staff as they are doing such a fantastic job, probably the best and friendliest service we had in our whole time in croatia. Sadly, without such an essential and advertised facility there will inevitably be lots of unhappy customers and the hotel will continue to decline. We are thankful to the staff for being so hospitable but sadly that wasn't enough :(

Nice hotel in the old city center of Bol
I had been there for 3 nights in a single room. The room and the bathroom as well was very small but it was clean and quite ok. The bed is small (90 cm) and bit of an extra bed of the other rooms. You have a TV in the room but be aware it is only croatian channels. Free WIFI is available through the hotel, with 4 different connections available throughout the area of the hotel (at the pool, too).

The staff is polite and helpful - especially the young lady at the reception doing the dayshift who is doing a real great job there! She speaks English very well and is always taking care of your request immediately.

Breakfast is simple but sufficient and you can chose whether you want to sit inside or outside by the pool.

Overpriced bad hotel

Booked this hotel for a family of 4 but was sooo dissapointed when we arrived. Do not book this hotel- no AC in the room, refridgerator not connected, no kitchenaid in the pentry, no wi-fi in the room, really old and do not match with the hotel description "magnificant hotel with modern room". Almost all of the guest have experienced the same thing as us. When we wanted to check out earlier they threatened us with the police and kept our passports to make us pay. The owner did not speak a word of english and was really rude. He tried to make us pay an extra fee but after contact with booking.com we got away with less. Really a shame since the hotel has potential and a good location. I thing the owner is bankrupt and now even the guests stop coming so I hope there will be a new ownership - unless: don't stay here. It was almost spookie when we arrived. No tables outside, no guests by the pool, no guests inside, and ac off in the whole building. So I would like to send out a warning!! It may look good outside and by the description, but Beware!

Over priced!!

Very basic room, advertised as a 2 bed apartment but only 1 bedroom and single beds in living area. Not enough beds on arrival, we are a family of 6 but only 4 beds were in the room. We were given an extra single bed. No facilities in the kitchen area, no cutlery!
Breakfast was very limited choice and not very appealing. The pool was very dirty and I think gave my children the throat and ear infections we came home with.
Lift broke down.
Power cut the first night.
Tv did not work in the room.
Unsafe electric sockets.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but I would definitely NOT recommend staying here especially with family's. Extremely expensive for what it is.
