Clean, comfortable, reasonable price, no free wifi in room
Sue Kon 21/06/2017 22:43The room was comfortable and clean with en suite shower room. Free wifi available for one hour only at reception. If you want wifi in the room you have to pay extra. My room was on the main road at the front of the hotel and was noisy if I had the window open. I didn't breakfast there so cannot comment. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Value for money. Ideal for touring and sightseeing

Great Hotel
Laura Von 19/05/2017 11:14The hotel was located in a conveniant area of Berlin very close to local transport, lots of shops, restuarants and to some main highlights of Berlin such as the Zoo or Charlottenburg Palace. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and our bedding was changed everyday. Breakfast was also amazing very diverse many food options to choose from. The only down-side was not being able to use wifi but apart from that the hotel was fantastic!
Good value for money!
Charlotte Mon 11/04/2017 05:48Friendly helpful receptionists. Helped us with routes, train and bus times so we could fit everything into our short stay. Clean room, bathroom and toilet. Large comfy bed only downfall were the pillows!!
Poor reception staff in middle of nowhere!!
Greg Eon 21/03/2017 20:25We eventually found this hotel in a very poor area of Berlin at about 11am. The reception staff were rude and very unhelpful! In fact they sent us in the wrong direction twice! We were told to come back at 1pm whrn our room would be ready. We came back at 1pm it was not. Told to come back at 2pm, no apology offered! Beware the hotel has no bar, restaurant or even an area where you can sit down! The rooms is nice but I would definitely not recommend this hotel because of the poor location, very rude reception staff and total lack of any facilities.
