Ideal base to visit the town
Graham Son 19/10/2016 19:04The apartment was large, clean and well furnished. Sadly there was no hot water on two mornings owing to a boiler fault.
The location is good and only a short walk from a lovely large area of parkland and lakes.
The wifi was a bit difficult to link into initially but better when you got used to it although it did drop out occasionally.
The concierge was very helpful.
Nice big 2 bed apartment
Rui Mon 02/10/2016 16:53late check in made very easy by the staff, big 2 bedroom appartment with big terrace. Quiet and peaceful zone, dog friendly.
The kitchen was not very clean but the other rooms were ok in terms of clean.
Clean, modern living in a peaceful location.
Hilary Aon 25/09/2016 18:16The apartment block is in the suburb of Betoño - about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Vitoria. We thought our apartment was spacious and well presented. There was a good sized living room, a well equipped kitchen and an enormous balcony. It's a good position for getting away by car after your stay. We also liked its proximity to the nature area - lovely to walk around in the evening or early morning. The only downside was that the wifi kept dropping and you had to keep putting in the code and password each time. I eventually learned it off by heart!
Nice apartment but bad weather.
Connor Bon 02/05/2015 20:19This was a nice comfy apartment that was always warm with parking. It isn't the biggest apartment we have stayed in, however it was rather nice. The weather was terrible and snowed for the lengthy of our stay. The staff were nice and helped us when we got stuck in the carpark. However there was one member of staff who was rather rude and would only speak in small amount of Spanish. Other than this it was a nice stay.
Not central but peaceful
BiarritzTaxion 29/04/2015 09:44It is a good 20-25 minute walk into the centre from this hotel but on the there hand there is a nature park with wetlands nearby and is very convenient if you are going to the stadium.
Ground floor flats have a small yard area and there is a free spacious parking area.
Wifi worked appallingly while were there. Only half of our devices could connect at all and the ones that could took 1-2 minutes to load a webpage and would need to reconnect to the network every time the signal was lost.
