RowdyMelbourneon 20/08/2017 06:26The hotel is beside the riverand 100 metres from the square. We were located in the annexe which is in a section of an apartment building about 80 metres from the hotel, which by the way we never actually entered. We were met at the reception, a small room in hallway by a very friendly gentleman who gave us directions to the carpark 500 metres away and walked along with us to our room on the first floor. the rooms are adequatebut the wi-fi very basic, i could only pick it up in the hallway. I would ay the only thing it has going for it is the location.
More Hostel than Hotel.
xinmichaelon 03/08/2017 10:38Location is great, the parking is a bit of a hassle but the girl on reception did give us good directions. The room was very basic, we were 4 sharing one bed was OK, but the other was a Sofa bed and very uncomfortable. No air-conditioning... Not free breakfast with the deal we had. All of this wouldn't have bothered me but I feel we payed Hotel prices for something that feels more like a hostel.

Breakfast - Very good for the normal breakfast. Wish they had yoghurt but only because I like it. hahaha
Area - Perfect right next to the river and the bridge. Right outside is a spiffy cafe if you wanted to grab something else. Only a block away from the marketplace next to the church.
Room - The bed was a little uncomfortable but after the wines and beers you still sleep good. The wifi is a little weird and not so good. Then again I wasn't in the room a lot.
Weekday stay for couple in 50s
Robin Mon 13/06/2017 22:58We drove in and received the passcode to park in the apartment building down the street which is about a 10 minute walk. There is no lift but they carried our luggage upstairs. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the necktar river and bridge. It's in an awesome location but far from the University party streets. No bars are next door. Some street noise but it dies down early. Great Thai restaurant right next door. The owner was awesome, ask him about the historic pictures on the walls. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.
Old town hotel
Andrew Jon 07/06/2017 13:26e stayed at the Vier Jahreszeiten on our way to Austria. Ii is in the old town and close to the most interesting part of the city. The nearest parking is in a garage about 10 minutes walk away, and it was a bit noisy at night, but not excessive.
