Some bad some good

Just returned from an 11 night all inclusive stay at the Jasmin beach hotel. We had a family room, 2 adults and 2 children. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and was so dated. We should have asked for a change of room but didn't. The maid service was almost non existent, we didn't see for 3 days at one stage, and on 2 occasions we had to ask reception for toilet paper. The food was ok with plenty of choice, but not much for children or fussy eaters. There were 3 good pools. 1 that played loud music all day and the other 2 quiet and nice. The beach was in front of hotel and was well maintained and clean with plenty of sun beds. The evening entertainment was ok the team worked hard, but didn't last long. The all inclusive drinks were a bit limited with not much choice. We had a Turkish bath and massage on the 1st day and that was excellent. Emin and his team couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this on your stay. Over all we had a good holiday but this hotel is not a 4 star and could do with a bit of fine tuning all round. Book yourself a couple of the trips on offer as they are good value. The boat trip is highly recommended.

If you enjoy Turkish food, Turkish people and miserable looking people this is the place for you. Every meal is an experience you can't afford to miss. Cattle market at its best..followed by pigs are us.. never seen so much food waste or General greediness but never all eaten. All the customers look miserable and the staff are amazed when you say thank you and smile. The entertainment is zero. Very disappointed as paid all inclusive and have had to eat out as well as drink out. The actual hotel is beautiful and the top pool is definitely for the quite life. Such a shame you don't actually cater for the English...definitely won't be returning. The only place you see a smiling face is the spa and hairdressers. Definitely worth a visit if only to see happy staff.

Fab 2 weeks

We had a brilliant 2 weeks staying at the Jasmin Beach Hotel, it was our 1st time to Turkey and it didn't disappoint . The rooms were fine lots of room, could of done with a few more coat hangers but that is just being picky. The food is nice enough choice even for the fussy eaters, the snack bar is good incase you miss lunch. We did find in the bars they couldn't make all cocktails as they didn't have the correct alcohol, I do think also last orders could be 12, 11 is a little early. The entertainment Emo and Andy and gang bravo , you do a great job and it was lovely to meet you. The main pool is lovely but for us a little noisy but that's just us, we loved the Panarama pool and there is a beautiful Dog there who all the guests love, she is lovely and I hope the hotel keep looking after her, she does no harm and is beautiful. Saved the best till last, Turkish bath fantastic it's a must Emin you are a wonderful man , so helpful, always smiling lovely man, Turkish bath was heaven the staff were wonderful. The only small downside and it isn't the hotels fault, the hotel was full of Turkish holiday makers, it took us 2 days to find some English people but most of the time it wasn't a problem but they were a little rude .

Not so child friendly

Unclean rooms. Had a toddler playing on the floor and under furniture had serious dust and fluff. One of the main issues was health and safety. They had glass that had shattered from the earthquake in two main areas that kids could easily go throughout and ot had not been changed and the pool area was very slippery with a very small kids pool. Beach was very very dirty- not sure how that relates to the earthquake though. Food had various choices that really did not amount to much. Very busy hotel and staff tried there best but most were just not trained in dealing with customers. Spend the extra and go into a smaller, less busy hotel.

Great local poor hotel
