Without a doubt the best place to stay in Jaisalmer! You will not be disappointed.
Brendon68on 27/08/2017 13:51This was without a doubt our favourite place to stay in our 3 weeks in India. Although on the edge of the city, Jaisalmer is small enough so that the hotel is only a small tuk tuk ride from wherever you want to go. The hotel itself is wonderful. Jitu, the owner, and his staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it possibly could be. The rooms are superbly decorated, comfortable and clean. The rooftop restaurant has a wonderful view of the old city and served superb food. Jitu used to be a guide on camel treks and the hotel offers these to its guests. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Jaisalmer as it was one of our favourite experiences in our time in India. A truely, truely wonderful place to stay and you will certainly not be disappointed by it!

A beautiful haven.
Sarah Aon 03/08/2017 06:56Jitendra, the owner of this beautiful home, made our stay here so welcoming and warm. We were greeted with a welcome drink and had a nice chat. Our room was really nice. Clean, good shower, toiletries, fridge and small balcony for a view of the fort. Breakfast was the usual selection with decent coffee. Jitendra was very accommodating with our itinerary, providing complementary rides to the lake, fort and train station as needed. He even provided a packed lunch for our onward journey😊 there was some issue with electrical outages but this was happening throughout Jaisalmer.. due to recent heavy rains. This family run establishment was truly wonderful. Jitendra, his wife and daughter plus his team all work to ensure their guests are comfortable and have all their needs met.
You really can't miss it
Txell Ron 28/07/2017 18:54There are plenty of good things to say about this place.
First, the place is really beautiful, clean and comfortable. And the people are extra attentive and helpful, they really make you feel like home. The owner, Jitu, will do anything to help and the other boys hanging there are all smiles. Swroop, the driver, is quiet but very attentive too.
Secondly, the restaurant offers delicious food, from Indian to Chinese and even Italian dishes and the cook, Madan Singh is so kind. Also, the views from there are stunning and the chai tea they offer is out of this world.
Finally, they also offer some tours. We did two, one around the city (the Fort, the lake..) in which we learnt a lot and the one in the desert, which was an amazing adventure (camel ride, visits, the sunset...).
You really can't miss the place. If you choose Jasmin Home, you won't regret it.
Great Place
taylordonon 18/04/2017 19:24Lovely place, lovely people, great food and lovely rooftop terrace. Staff eager to help and please. Organised complimentary taxi to our adventurists start. Rooms excellent. I thought beers a little expensive but worth it for location and views. Would definitely stay again
