Had a wonderful stay here recently with my little girl to see the illuminations, Jay and Laura are fantastic hosts, we were made to feel very welcome and they were great with my daughter. The room we stayed in was lovely, very clean and spacious with a big comfortable bed. The decor of the guest house is beautiful and the breakfast was superb. Thanks, we would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic find. Three night stay with the family for the lights. Beautifully clean accommodation with welcoming hosts and a fantastic breakfast to start the day. Lovely spacious family room with separate bedroom and toilet for the kids. Thoroughly recommended.

What a find Jays Mayfair turned out to be.
A fantastic location one street back from the Golden mile, a short stroll to the shopping centre, the Tower and all the noisy big attractions but far enough away to make it a peaceful relaxing holiday retreat.
The premise itself is a mid terrace townhouse set amid other guest houses and hotels and inside it has a homely welcoming relaxed atmosphere.
The owners Jay and Laura are relaxed, knowledgeable and enjoy a good chinwag with their guests in the intimate, immaculately clean dining room where you are served a fresh cooked breakfast of your choice.
The rest of the guest house is also well decorated and immaculately clean. We had the family room on the top floor which had one room with a double bed en suite with shower and through a connecting door the kids had a single bed each an en suite toilet and best of all a PlayStation with 10 plus games. Every part of this ace guest house is clean, tidy and well decorated with a fantastic breakfast of your choice to start the day it will certainly be revisited very soon.

Fantastic B&B Great Value, Clean & Tidy, Hosts Are so Friendly and nothing was to much Trouble. Lovely Breakfast to start the Day off. Recommend and will be Booking Again. Best for us was after a hard day out .. It was a nice to have a peaceful Nights Sleep.

Highly recommend a visit host Jay and Laura very welcoming the family room we stayed in was spacious and was perfect as kids had own room and was nice and clean. Breakfast was ace tailored to our needs and very filling. Will definitely stay again when next in Blackpool :-)
