Beautiful gardens, lot of lovely pools, aquaparcs for children, nice and spacious room, top services, staff always smily,...
You can choose easely the way you want to spend your holidays : relax or active, there is so much space in this hotel that you can find places to stay werever you want...
Food is always fresh and tasty...large buffets with varied food...space enough in the restaurants....
You can also find "à la carte" restaurants with delicious food and personalized service....
Staff and direction of the hotel always listening to the guests wishes to give you the best holidays you can expect....
We already went more than 10 times at this beautiful place (one of the best in Égypte)and we will come back as soon as possible...

491geertvon 10/08/2017 17:06Nice garden and pools but bad restaurant. Bad service, no plates, no cold drinks, empty bins. The waiters are always busy with themselves or with the young girls, never with the customers. No cozy restaurants.....

My family really enjoyed our stay especially our daughters that were really sad to leave. A special thank to Ahmed Kassem for being so comprehensive, helping, caring and gentle. Thanks to Alaa from the pool bar too !
