Jerichrison 04/01/2017 05:46Location is the only good thing about this apartment.... As the name indicates, 'JB Serviced Apartments'.... looks like its been serviced only once in a while. There is very little housekeeping. Also the closet is broken and water does not come in all the washbasin taps.
Housekeeping does not even clear the balance food - only good point is that it is decently clean and ac+ tv works in all the rooms.
Avoid this unless you want to stay only in the nights...
The place to stay for US consulate work !
Suvrajit Son 09/12/2014 12:00I stayed for a couple of days here for US Visa work. I would highly recommend this for budget travelers looking for a place for night-stay(@ 1500-2000/night). The best feature of this place is its proximity to the consulate and VFS-OFC photo/fingerprinting office. The consulate is literally stone's throw away(but don't try throwing one ;)) from the house and the OFC is just round the corner only 300 m away from the consulate. The place is clean and provides all the basic amenities expected of a guest house, including a working free wifi and complimentary breakfast.The staffs were very helpful and prompt in attending to your concerns. There are lots of food options in the vicinity, with many restaurants on SP Road, begumpet and Paradise Secunderabad, only about 2 kms away. Overall, this is a very affordable place for short-stays, situated very close to the US consulate and the city-centre and well-connected to the city-train/bus stations.
The worst possible Experience
Soum Don 01/02/2014 05:15I stayed here for 1 night with my parent for Visa interview. I expected at least a clean room and min. customer service. Here is what my experience was within 1 day
1. When we opened the room, the bed sheets are dirty and having black spots all over it (may be not cleaned from months)
2. No body around room if you need anything. You will have search for few mins to find somebody
3. Food experience terrible as well
Find a better place to stay, do not deceive by other good reviews. Apart from location, nothing is good in here.

Abhishekdutaon 27/01/2014 12:47The place is quite and calm, however not very clean. The furnishing is also not that great. Towels are dirty and so are the bed sheets and curtains. Would not recommend for stay. The restaurant that they recommend to order food delivers in not less than 2 hours. Also the place does not accepts card payment.
Good Service Apartment for US Consulate work
Arun_Murthy_65aon 06/02/2013 13:08We stayed at JB Guest House for a couple of days when we went to Hyderabad for US visa. The guest house is located at stone's throw from the consulate and so is very convenient. The place was calm and no crowds. The guest house and the room were neat, but it could do with better furnishings. The bathroom was average. We had one breakfast in the guest house and it was OK. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
As the options for food are limited in the guest house, explore outside. There are plenty of eating options at walking distance from the guest house. We enjoyed food at Chutney's on SP Road.
Overall, value for money is very good.
