the location of the hotel is amazing and the service and food is above expectation.
the smily face s that you see where ever you move in the hotel gives you a good impression of the friendly environment as if you know those people long time ago.

Having visited Dubai a number of times this being the first time in the H hotel I was interested to see how it compared. Really glad I chose the H as we have had a fantastic time. All of the staff have been helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus and the suite and service we were offered was incomparable to other hotels we have stayed in Dubai for the price we paid. The one concern I had from reading trip advisor reviews about the hotel was that the bathroom would be old fashioned. Well what a surprise! In the suite there was a glass wall from the bathroom to the lounge with floor to ceiling windows that afforded an amazing view of Dubai. The bathroom was beautiful, large and well furnished. I have stayed in the Burj Al Arab and I preferred this bathroom for the beautiful simple style space and view. Nothing like having a bubble bath with a glass of bubbles looking at the Dubai city sunset. An additional plus was the bath was over 6 ft long perfect for any tall people who like to stretch out. We went to a number of the hotel bars and restaurants all were excellent. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Over and over I come back, very professional workers and services. Very convenient location, close to everything with a short drive such (Airport, Dubai Mall, DIFC, Burj Kalifa, Lounges and restaurants, ...etc).

I have to thank Mrs. Rose & Mr. Mahesh front disc managers for the high quality customer service they provide and outstanding professionalism that exceeds my expectation. Overall Thank u H Hotel for everything, and see u soon again :)

We have stayed at the hotel for a staycation weekend and truly it was a great city stay. We have been upgraded to diplomatic suite, which was really big competing to all the hotels we have ever stayed . Hotel employees very friendly and helpful . Spa- a must visit while staying there , Balinese signature massage was amazing . Hotel has several different restaurants , so you can easily find the kitchen you like . Breakfast quite small but with plenty variety . On and all we really enjoyed our stay .

Was an excellent stay for a week on business purpose, the Hotel was perfectly located a walking distance to World Trade center Dubai Metro station which is a plus to reach all places, the room was quiet large with a perfect L shape desk office facing the city, the hotel amenities are present, staff is very kind attentive and hospitality is on top.
Whats app service for communication with the help-desk for any concern and immediate support laundry, quick fix, information ect..
