Comfortable hotel
kceteewon 04/11/2016 04:17Was in Nanjing for work, and stayed at the hotel for two nights in end October.
The lobby is attractive but slightly dated.
The room is comfortable. The bed is firm, the finishing is stoic, with enough sockets to charge everything you need at a go.
The toilet is small but you will not think it's claustrophobic.
My only complaint is the room temperature. Although Nanjing was cooler by then, the room felt stuffy. I found I could crank open a small window, which helped but not by much.
Breakfast is competent with some nice items but not remarkable.
Unfortunately I didn't get to explore the immediate vicinity around the hotel, so cannot make any recommendations.
Quality, comfortable and value for money
Normanp54on 04/10/2016 01:07Clean, comfortable and quality staff. Rooms are huge and the bathrooms are superb. Quality towels and bathrooms products. Close to Nanjing University. The hotel is within walking distance of many bars and restuarants.
Well-hidden secret of Nanjing
Kong Con 02/06/2016 21:32Four nights for business. The hotel is located right outside of Nanjing University (historic campus). Walking in the campus is like visiting a park. Metro station is also within an easy walking distance (even in the rain). The restaurant serves great breakfast buffet (if you like Chinese food), and a buffet dinner (mixed, but mostly traditional Chinese). The room is luxurious for a small hotel, and the service is mostly great (although the foreign currency exchange desk is not great: they only make exchange at certain hours and only if you have crispy new bills). The old gentleman doorman was wonderful! My room was a little too hot at night, and you can't adjust yourself.
A Great Welcome to China

It was a relief to get in at 2 in the morning to a nice warm bed with people to help take me to my room. I stayed here for 3 days while i found an apartment and began my studies at Nanjing University. Overall the experience was welcoming, convenient, and enjoyable.

Madeleineshion 06/03/2016 07:03The location is excellent, being close to central shopping area and metro station. The room themselves are functional and clean. Since we didn't use any of the facilities of the hotel or dining services, this is all I can tell. The price was very good among this class of place. I would certainly recommend it to other travels.
