Over the last three years, I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, as well as several other Jinjiang hotels in Shanghai.
An excellent, if a bit expensive breakfast buffet. Rooms were always clean. It is a basic hotel, with decent prices. Located near Century Park (3 blk walk), science and technology museum , metro station, shopping centres, and of course, the underground rip off mall.
All in all, a decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

As I got in to the room was hoiblle smell from the bath room, the second room had blocked toilets which couse staff to flood, bad experiance. Price is OK and close to airport but is is a very old hotel. do not go there
