What People are saying

Joya lofts and Towers.

My husband and I stayed in their one-bedroom condotel April 2017. This was a vacation. The tower itself is clean. The room is clean and comfortable. We got a room with a view of the Ppwer Plant and other towers Perfect location. When we leave the room, we would still feel like being home. Everything is within reach and walking distance...the Power Plant shopping center that houses several shops, nice restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and a church. A convenient 10-minute drive to other landmarks of Makati. Most importantly, you feel more secure staying in a condotel inside the classy community of Rockwell.

Stayed at Joya South Tower and the place is simply amazing, the room I stayed at is very clean with the essentials that you would need, bathroom complete with heater and kitchen is also clean with small stove top oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator. Place is equipped with TV, DVD and iPod dock player. AC is working well and the place is walking distance to Power Plant Mall. Pancake House is also just below the tower and is 24 hours 😊

Beautiful area and lofts

We stayed in 2 different condos one which was in the North tower and the other in the South. The North tower was far better than the South I think they are newer and larger. The location is awesome right across the street form the Power Plant mall. The staff was awesome as well. We will definitely stay here again upon our return.

classy. just the right privacy we need :)

negative: there was one guard (?) in the pool who approached me and told me not to take pictures of the place just because i was using dslr. everyone knows thats nonsense

positive: good location. just across powerplant mall. our two bedroom unit is spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. place is not crowded :)

Average Condotel

Best part was front desk (check in) service. They were extremely attentive. The concierge and door staff were OK.. Stayed in the South Tower, and they were always chatting. I had to open the door myself a few times, not because there was no one there, but because they were chatting. You get a mix of long term residents and renters. Saw two units (4222 and 3015)- both had the ugliest views, so I don't know how they could expect me to give them a good review. Noisy construction, but that's not unique to this place in Manila. Curtains had holes, some of the kitchen cabinets were shot, bathroom blinds were falling apart from too much sun. Unit smelled like food (Chinese/Indian) - the kind that sticks to your clothes. An easy walk to Power Plant Mall with so-so selection of shops. You get to use your breakfast voucher at either The Refinery or Pancake House - both were blechhh. All in all, nothing to write home about. Only picked this hotel for the washer and dryer, but upon coming back home, I had to rewash everything anyway.
