I have stayed in most of the hotels in Thrissur like Niya, Casino, Das Continental etc. But this would recommend to be the best. Had a pleasant stay. Good service, quality. Professionalism at its best. Front office representatives were really supportive.

Very nice hospitality and Rooms.Looking very good. There is car parking facility, Wine and beer parler near here and luxury rooms. It's very near in Thrissur shakthan stand . There is very famous temple in which conducting thrissur pooram.

Went for lunch in the Joys Palace. Buffet lunch was good and had sufficient options. Nice place to eat. Non-veg dishes were good. The Hotel is situated near bus stand. Needs some improvement in house keeping department

We chooses as joys is always know for service and hospitality .it's not an old property ,I think it's only two years old.when we reached there we were welcome with a lovely drink made with rose syrup . restaurant manager service unbelievable .there personal care to each and every guest is really touching.as there staff said they will make there guest feel as if u are at home

But for the good food and spacious rooms, this is a pathetic place despite its grand look..no hot water,no plug points..no ac control..u sweat or freeze..banquet arrangements in the middle of night with staff dragging chairs _ total disregard for guests
