Worst food with extremely high cost
Siddharth Son 04/08/2017 17:26Location is good and hotel's restaurant offers food with bar facility. They had only two beers to offer:Tuborg strong and Kingfisher strong and that too was highly expansive. The food was tasteless and it had very little amount at very high cost. Roti was cold and burnt. Service too was lazy. Decided not to go in the future.
Bad service , good location
ShymRAon 16/12/2016 05:31Will rather not review any of the hotels we stayed in while our recent visit to North India, as I have nothing good to say about ANY of them. Location was good, within walking distance to The Ganges river to watch the "Ganga Aarathi" ritual. The management of the hotel obviously don't understand the meaning of hospitality. Cleanliness is poor and rooms are not soundproof. Our "neighbour" was having a party in the next room, blasting the music till 5am and all our complaints fell to deaf ears. Managment was not in the least bothered about customer service. Language is also a problem as no one here understands english.

vselvarajfcaon 23/11/2016 04:59I had stayed for a day on 19.11.2016 night. Felt the hotel was over charging for the ameneties. No outside light, no air possible. Good location though. Checked out on 20.11 morning for a different hotel. Missed my pant and belt at the hotel. When went to retrieve, only pant was given back, Belt was appropriated. No sorry. Nothing. No effort to retrieve from the person who had taken it.
Great food authentic Indian cusine and bar
alan james gon 17/09/2016 09:38The best food we ate during our stay. Fresh fragrant and good service. The mug tikka and Dahl makhani fabulous as were the vegetarian dishes and breads. More of a singles place good drinks considering that this is the closest place to the Ganges well worth a visit.
Good Place at a Great price
HariniNSon 18/04/2016 18:07Comfortable well furnished rooms, clean towels , fairly good housekeeping, bed linen and sheets. Bathrooms needs more ventilation and maintenance. Wifi provided . Staff very helpful and attentive. Close to shops and grocery stores. This hotel was suggested by our priest when we visited Varanasi for religious purposes. Highly recommend this place.
